YU SHENG...

happy Chinese New Year to everyone.
this is the first time i made yu sheng for Chinese New Year.
Yusheng , yee sang or yuu sahng, also known as lo hei (Cantonese) is a Teochew-style raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish mixed with some vegetable and souce. yusheng is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor.
but this time the Yu Sheng i make is use chicken meat mix with some vegetable.and the sauce i use is Indonesia salad name Gado-gado sauce. haha...
it is make by me, there is it look like...
this dish have egg, carrot, cabbage, cucumber and chicken meat.when it mix with gado gado sauce, it is very delicious...ma-ma-mi-ya....haha...^^
